These punch and chisel sets are made of 60Cr-v alloy steel, heat-treated to a hardness of HRC 54-58. The striking/hammering end has a 40-48 HRC hardness, allowing it to absorb repeated impacts while maintaining durability.

The surface of the punch tools is mirror-polished and chrome-plated. The product tails are wrapped in high-quality plastic, effectively preventing rust in humid environments.
