Can it be installed on a sloping ceiling (not horizontal)?

No, installation on a sloping ceiling is not recommended. The shelving unit may tilt, posing a risk of items falling.

What kind of garage is it suitable for?

This product is suitable for garages with ceilings constructed of wooden beams or concrete. For wooden beams, the appropriate beam spacing should be 12 inches, 16 inches, or 24 inches. The axle length is 71 inches, so ensure the beam length is sufficient.

Is it suitable for a ceiling height exceeding 9 feet?

We recommend installing this product in garages with ceilings not exceeding 9 feet in height. The maximum length of the pole used for raising or lowering the deck is 4 feet, which may require the use of a ladder for ceilings higher than 9 feet.

Issue: Uneven wire deck (higher on the pulley side).

If your wire deck is uneven with one side higher, it indicates an incorrect rotation direction of the pole. Lower the wire deck to its lowest position and rotate the winding pole COUNTERCLOCKWISE to raise the deck.

Why is my wire deck not level?

Ensure the following during installation: - Was the installation template used? - Is the ceiling level? - Is the installation distance correct? - Is the direction of the rotating handle correct?
